Mediation and colouring

Meditation as now become part of my daily routine in recovery. I find that I sleep better, and I am much more calmer and less reactive in sticky situations. I'm able to take a step back and make a better choice about how I want to react, very often I opt to say and do nothing because I believe we're all on our own life path and who am I to steer anyone off their track. This change in behaviour has being a tremendous help in healing my personal relationships and now I enjoy being with family and friends because I see that everyone is entitled to be themselves without judgement. Being me is enough.

Mediation doesn't need to be sitting straight backed, crossed legged, hands together and reciting a chant in a foreign tongue. Colouring can be a good way to practice meditation or any other craft or hobby that fully absorbs your mind.

I have created this line and word art to get you colouring and it is free to use...

Enjoy,
B :)

  1. Yes, to be calm is certainly healing, and to be able to let others 'be themselves' is freeing to us too.
